Please note that shipments to some countries may be subject to payments import duty or sales tax collected by local customs authorities. These costs are NOT INCLUDED in prices displayed on the store. If you refuse to pay any customs fees when your order arrives, the shipment will be returned, and we will be charged the customs fees plus return shipping costs. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order if you refuse to pay the customs fees.
Next day and recorded delivery options are available. Simply select this option in the basket and the cost will be displayed and your basket total will update automatically. PLEASE NOTE: Next Day Delivery orders placed after 12.00pm will be sent the following working day. Orders placed after 12:00pm Friday, and all orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be posted on Monday (stock availability dependent).
By choosing a trackable method you will be sent a tracking code via email once your parcel leaves our warehouse. You can also obtain the tracking code by visiting the 'my account' section of the website and clicking to see details of your order. Using this code you can see the progress of your parcel as it makes its way to your door.
Other heavier items (books, calendars, prints etc.)
These items cannot be sent using free delivery and have an extra cost, which will be displayed in your basket and is calculated automatically based on the delivery country that you select in your basket.
Depending on what you have added to your basket (heavy items, clothing etc), you may not be able to choose free delivery as the option may no longer be available.
