The unmounted prints are supplied as large format prints, printed using state-of-the art Epson SC8000s. We use archival-quality, heavy-weight media and original Epson Ultrachrome HDX pigmented inks to ensure the widest possible colour rendering, long-term lightfastness. Prints pass through our fully colour-managed workflow printing system, using a “on the fly” Spectroproofer powered by X-Rite for accurate colour management.

Gary Johnson is one of the rising stars of road racing, not only for his riding style, but also for his great personality.

This fabulous photograph, captured by Stephen Davison, shows exactly why Johnson made such an impact when he made his Isle of Man TT debut.

In his best-selling book Hard Roads, Davison describes the story behind the picture.

‘Gary Johnson was a newcomer who wanted to make his mark in some way at the 2007 Centenary TT. Although he rode to some creditable finishes on the Ice Valley Yamaha, he will always be remembered as the guy who jumped Ballaugh Bridge one-handed during the Senior TT.’

This image is printed onto high quality 375gsm, PH-neutral matte canvas approved to Fine Art Trade Guild and Wilhelm Imaging Research standards. Combined with the Epson pigment based inks, canvases are guaranteed to remain crisp and vibrant for more than 75 years.

Each print is UV sealed for ultimate protection, and is supplied complete with a special hanging bracket for flush fitting onto standard picture hooks.

The canvases are stretched over a finger jointed, kiln dried Scandinavian pine stretching frame.

The canvas print is available in a variety of sizes - A0 (47”x33”/840mmx1188mm approx), A1 (33”x24”/594mmx840mm approx), A2 (24”x16”/420mmx594mm approx), A3 (16”x12”/297mmx420mm approx) and A4 (8"x12"/210mmx297mm approx).
