That's the simple premise behind Tour of Mann '89.

It might sound like a bit of a laugh, and at times it is, but when you have Carl Fogarty, Nick Jefferies, Steve Hislop and Mick Grant in the field you can guarantee it's going to get competitive.

Other stars involved include Terry Rymer, John Reynolds, Mark Farmer, Brian Morrison, Mark Linscott, Ian Simpson, Paul Booler and Eric MacFarlane.
